Garden Trio Delight
Garden Trio Delight
The Garden Trio brings you three juices - a green
vegetable, a carrot juice and a beet juice - that nutritional
researchers say should be at the core of any good juicing
program.
The Garden Trio Delight also includes broccoli
which may accelerate the actions of enzymes that eliminate
carcinogens; Garlic, which may help lower cholesterol levels;
Celery, rich in vitamin E; and Peppers for capsaicin, which is
used to treat arthritis.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon BarleygreenŽ
- 1 tablespoon JustCarrots
- 1/4 teaspoon RediBeets
- 3 broccoli flowerets, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 6 to 8 oz glass of spring water or your favorite juice
(excluding cranberry and prune juice).
Blend
ingredients until smooth and
enjoy.
