Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon BarleyLife
- 2 to 3 medium sized, ripe avocados
- Juice of one lime
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped (optional)
- 1 serano chilies, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Peel the avocados and mash in
a bowl until smooth. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and
serve.
